About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and safety‑focused High-Rise Window Cleaner to join our professional team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working at heights, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to deliver exceptional results on commercial and residential high-rise buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform exterior window cleaning on high‑rise buildings using rope access, swing stage, and/or bosun chair methods
- Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Inspect, maintain, and prepare cleaning equipment and rigging gear
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and building management
- Ensure high-quality cleaning standards and client satisfaction
- Maintain awareness of weather conditions and job site hazards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of high-rise window cleaning experience
- Proficiency with rope access and/or suspended access systems
- Valid certifications (e.g., IRATA, SPRAT, Working at Heights, Fall Arrest) — preferred but not always required
- Strong physical fitness and comfort working at extreme heights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
